Shawn and Colleen you were so wonderful to work with. When looking for a house to purchase I felt you went above and beyond to show me a number of homes. The one I bought I remember seeing it online at 6pm and you were showing it to me at 7pm. You both explained everything to me in detail and after it was all said and done you are still here for me and always sending helpful homeowner information via email, regular mail and Facebook. Shawn & Colleen earn 5 stars from day one through long after your transaction is complete. When we bought our house they were patient as we looked until we made our decision. After our offer was accepted they followed along on our mortgage loan making sure everything was in order and that we would close on time. After closing they followed up ensuring our happiness, even a year after we closed they reminded us to follow up with our builder if anything was still wrong. I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen.
